"Ambient surveillance camera audio mixes with clinical perfume on this excellent new recording from Providence, RI's 'Valise'. Multiple tabs open on a browser of blurred and pix-elated dick pics and damaged Greek sculptures. The connecting tissue to all these obscure fantasies and abstractions is her voice, which resounds through a digital hall of mirrors to create something mysterious and strangely cathartic. While you lie parallelized in the hospital, a woman in a liquid latex bonnet slowly drinks her own urine while comforting you."
